We view this program as an opportunity to serve the larger community and provide an important learning opportunity and resource for our talented pool of coaches–in–training as well. While each organization will craft their own internal arrangements for the specific financial agreements; HI’s commitment is to provide coaching at the lowest cost possible and return those fees directly back to the organization as a contribution to the organization’s mission.
