Every day we receive requests regarding coaching, how it works, and how to find the "right coach." We believe that a good "fit" between coach and client is essential to a successful coaching relationship. We encourage individuals to interview several coaches and to seek out coaches they feel a connection with, as well as those from whom they can learn. Most coaches offer a complimentary call or meeting to jointly determine if there is a connection and whether it makes sense to begin a coaching relationship. Much of the coaching is 'virtual' - by phone, so location is not critical; however, you can search for a coach by country, by type of coaching, or by name.

Every one of these individuals has completed a rigorous, eight-month certification program, in which they deepened their understanding of adult development and applied their coaching skills in a variety of settings and with a variety of individuals.
