Leadership Coaching Services
In preparing for coming challenges and in addressing existing issues, senior leaders increasingly seek coaching to help them perform effectively and develop their direct reports. Current research indicates that development is optimized and accelerated if rising leaders believe the senior leader is a credible coach and demonstrates commitment to their own development.

- From several hundred graduates of The Hudson Institute Coaching Certification Program, we select professionals who have specialized in working with executives within organizations throughout the world, and match them with the appropriate leader inside your organization.
- These carefully selected coaches work with leaders in a coaching relationship to help them consciously navigate through the ongoing internal and external changes affecting their lives and organizations.

- Typically, our coaches represent a diverse pool of individuals who share many common traits, including:
- Advanced educational degree
- Senior level positions within an organization or professional practice
- Diverse fields, industries, and functional expertise
- Experienced in utilizing 360 feedback and other feedback instruments
How the process works:
- Based on an initial assessment of each unique situation, we identify some qualified coach candidates and outline a way to proceed.
- We encourage leaders to interview the coaches and select a coach with whom they would feel comfortable.
- The coaching contract normally has a duration of 6-9 months.
- A leader may complete a select suite of assessment tools prior to beginning the coaching relationship.
- The first meeting with a coach may begin with a face-to-face session, after which the leader would schedule regular coaching conversations by phone.
