This program highlights the challenges faced by new managers and builds a foundation for developing a strong set of managerial and leadership skills. Firstlaunch™ addresses basic leadership challenges including effective communication style, delegation skills, feedback skills, conflict management, EQ issues, and the ability to inspire and empower those working on the team.
